I'm starting to get started on work, but I'm feeling down.
I don't know why that is either.
I did take only 5mg of my pain med (it's half a pill), like I was allowed to, as my right knee was starting to kill me.
I'm moving, but sort of like moving through peanut butter... You know, you can get a knife through there ok, but it's very sluggish.
Getting things done is great... I'm actually almost in the right state of mind to write another chapter for my book.
It's one of those things I learned long ago, that if I wanted to write a certain type of story, I need to be in the certain state of mind to do it.
Kind of like how one of the characters in a Stephen King story needed to have the right pencils/pens or be drunk in order to really write well.
I don't want to be drunk or stoned or whatever... No desire to lose complete touch with all of the things around me.
Being bipolar and going through a lot of depression, I can see why people turn to drugs & alcohol to deal with things, but I also cannot fully understand, fully, why they still do it, as it wears off.
Oh well, I got things rolling for work, which is generally my pain point these days.
