No horses, animals or livestock involved with this stable.
For the past 8 months or so, since stopping the Viibryd in December, my moods have steadily gotten better.
Not better enough for me to stop taking my medication, mostly because I still get into pissed off or angry fits.
Xanax is still my occasional friend, which helps me to slow down and deal with things when needed.
Over a month ago, I had the Ogre/Shrink, update my medication, so that I'm taking 400mg of Lamictal. Two at night and two in the morning.
I'm feeling even keel.
The ability to concentrate and actually work, has gotten better again.
Previously, I had gotten back into the state of playing Backgammon and Logic puzzles for most of my day.
Today, I did that a bit more than I did the other day.
Perhaps, it's from my eldest daughter, Big Miss, coming into my office to ask me if I wanted the local store's ad/coupon book.
WTF would I want that while I was working?
Big Miss is blonde, but damn... I didn't think she was going to actually live/act the part of one.
I haven't been working in my office with the door closed recently, as it's been very hot, and I don't have the AC unit installed in this new room/office. (Yes, we moved Big Miss into the room where my office was originally, and moved my office downstairs.)
Having my office downstairs has actually be really good. My knees get a break from going up and down the stairs, and with the gout & foot pain, I was able to keep working.
Where I come to express thoughts or rant or write a bunch of crap down just for the sake of doing it.

Why not?
I have been thinking about reconnecting with the bipolar community through Google+, but cannot seem to bring myself to it.
Although, recently, I have started to watch the YouTube channels of bipolar people I used to watch and got to know.
There is another Gmail account that I have access to, but don't really want to get involved with things so badly, to utilize this account.
Writing in this blog, is like I previously mentioned, has been hard to do.
This is probably due to the security problems/concerns that Ellie has.
I don't blame her, although, I might be able to setup another blog somewhere, under a 100% anonymous account, etc.
Most sites, etc., want to validate users are "real" and not spoofing things. Like many of "us" used to.
I say, "us", as many of us using the internet regularly since the late 80's and early 90's know that you could setup tons of accounts under various users & names.
Now, everyone seems to want to validate who you are and also to make $$$.
Today, I'm doing OK, except for a headache. Not even the gout & arthritis pain my legs & feet are bugging me.
Yeah, back in March, I finally was acknowledged that I had kidney stones, and they were removed.
A week later, I finally saw a pain consultant, and she got me onto another type of pain med, which started to work.
Then a few weeks later, I developed gout. Which I diagnosed on my own.
The official acknowledgement/diagnosis of gout happened twice. Once from an orthopedic doctor, and again by a podiatrist.
My Primary Care Physician (PCP), said that it couldn't possibly be gout, although it had previously been diagnosed. He referred me to a podiatrist, which I saw the next day.
The podiatrist, said he was willing to bet a LOT of money that it was gout!
My thoughts are scattered right now, so I'm going to wrap this up.
Sometime "soon", I hope, I'll put in more information regarding my bipolar experiences, etc.
