Here I am... rock you like... hell with it.

I don't really feel like singing today.

Feeling a bit more alive with only 2.5 mg of Zyprexa, than using 5 mg of it.

I saw the family doctor yesterday about my pain meds, and he gave me an updated Rx for my long last pain med, to take it three times a day instead of two, so that way I don't take as much of my older pain med. I think he's trying to take me off of that drug... I've only used it for 10 years now.

My body is pretty used to the other pain drug, so much so that I function just like the average Joe when I take it. In fact, I think that I do better with it in my system when it comes to various tasks.

After the appointment, I stopped by the work office to pick up my track ball & laptop power supply. Not that I needed the power supply at home, as I have a docking station here. The trackball though, that I missed dearly.

With the 2.5 mg of Zyprexa I wake up feeling like I can get things done. In fact, I feel like working from the office Friday(Tomorrow).

Hey, why not... OK, they have donuts for me on Friday... And dammit,I miss my Friday donuts. I'll miss the ice cream, but I'm sure my fat ass won't miss it.

Speaking of fat, my weight yesterday on the doctor scale was 314 lbs. Wow, I gotta start walking more and stop eating so much junk food.

Perhaps I'll even start working out on the Wii again like I did many years ago when I was almost 260.

260 is pretty heavy still, but it's much, much better than 314.

I blame water weight, which I do carry quite a bit of, for most of my weight. So if I sweat while walking/exercising it won't kill me, it'll help me lose weight.

Recently, I found that I don't stay awake like I used to last year, I tend to get tired and fall asleep around 9-10 every night, which is good. I am starting to get up around 6:00 every morning, which is even better. I'm starting to get a pattern again, and into this pattern I can start to merge in specific behaviors like exercise & daily showers again.

Perhaps as we move more into summer I'll keep this going.
