So WTF got up his skirt today?

So here's the situation and I want to preface this that I am not guilty of my part.

Two weeks ago, the boss changed the weekly meeting to7:00 AM, which  is an hour earlier than it had been for a few years.

I can understand why he moved it to 7:00 AM from 8:00 AM.

Two of our team members in India were using their own personal time for the meeting since they're 12 1/5 hours ahead of us.

OK, the boss knows that I normally don't start work until around 8:00 AM because of my sleep problems.

Now, to shed a bit more light on my thoughts about this, here's what also has happened in the past from the boss.
  1. During another meeting when things weren't going as fast as he expected on of our projects, he pretty much threw a fit and started swearing about it.
    1. I got told off for swearing and acting like that back in 2009.
  2. Several months ago, when several of us were complaining about the formatting of a training and his bad communication, he shut down the conference call and video meeting like a spoiled child.
Where does this lead this post and my involvement?

My involvement was that I was late today for the meeting.

I started connecting to the meeting around 8:07-8:09 AM.

Then I saw an email from my manager that he had cancelled the meeting because a few people were late, the guys in India weren't going to make it because of their holiday, etc.

When this email came out, it was less than 10 minutes after the meeting should've started.

So he didn't even try to hold the meeting or wait 10 minutes to see if anyone who was going to be late was going to show up.

Others who attend the meetings have been as late as I have in the past.

In fact, I haven't been late to a meeting in over a year!

Since he didn't wait around, in his email he fingered me out as a person who as "no show".

I sent him an email that I had tried connecting since around 7:07 - 7:09 and wasn't able to connect.

He said I was still late.

I replied and told him I knew and admitted I was late... that I had a hard time sleeping from pain and that the medication makes it hard to get up before 8:00 AM, if I'm lucky.

I then sent him a follow up email asking if it was OK to single out everyone in a public/entire team email message.

Usually, in our company organization, you take the individual aside and let them know what's up and why.

He still replied that I was late and didn't seem to give a shit that his email was rather

Now, I'm not sure WTF is up his skirt.

I doubt it's any sort of usable manhood.
