"Now What?" - Bloat

With all the studying, testing and dreaming of passing my Extra exam, I never thought of what I'd do after I passed.

What are we going to do?

 Actually, I have lots of plans and things to do.

This milestone just opened up how far I can broadcast up & down the various bands.

First thing first, is to get the leads for the radio crystal that came with my Pixie 4.1 kit trimmed down so it'll fit into the case with the other crystal I bought.

Next, I'll need to get my morse code skills up and running so that I can start using these little Pixie kits and other QRP boxes for low power communications.

Being a guy who grew up having to work hard to get things that cost more than I or family could afford to get, this became my unofficial motto.

"Do more with less"

 I don't see why someone should have to sell their souls to debt, just to get what they want right then and there.

I mean, is it really worth it?

Now, there's a chance, between passing this test and Father's day, that I'm going to possibly be able to buy another QRP radio, that actually has more power and better tuning capabilities.

This is just a desire, but I'll look at making it a reality for my birthday or Christmas if I don't get it.
