I know that I should just send follow up emails to them, but I'm not very motivated.
At least my knees don't ache much today and neither does my head.
It seems that I'm taking my pain killers either because my head or knees hurt. I rarely get a reprieve from both of them on the same day, unless I'm sleeping...
Even then that's not a guarantee. So, what should I be doing, instead of nothing?
Working.I've learned getting the motivation to get going is hard when you're bipolar, since you often find things that help your depressive episode(s), and then because you enjoyed them, you keep doing them instead of stopping...
For example, I enjoy playing Spider Solitaire and being distracted by watching YouTube videos. Especially YouTube, as there have been so many bipolar people that I've met there that have helped me. So I often scan through my subscriptions looking for updates on them, instead of just working through the day.
I often wonder if I worked from the office more, if I'd get back my ruthless drive to get things done that I used to have.
Previously, when I was working in Technical Support, I was a very ruthless person for getting things done, and I was damn good at getting things done, both for customers and my employer.
Now that I'm developing, I've relaxed a bit and I'm not as cut-throat as I once was, when I really should be as rigorously going after everything I do.
Well, I'm going to lift weights for a bit, then come back and start back on what I need to do.
Wish me luck!
