I think it's getting better... Finally

Thursday morning I had the other molar pulled out.

The dentist showed it to me and pointed out all the infected tissue.  (There was a lot.)

Ellie didn't understand at first, but when I described it, she started to gag... Big time.

Friday night my jaw hurt really bad again.

I called the dentist's after hour phone number and he prescribed some Zithromax.

Today the bastard area itches really badly.

I tried, lightly with a tooth brush to scratch it and made it bleed.

Then I took an ibuprofen and now it's feeling better.

I was just thinking that it might be like those infections I get around the cuts & scratches I get from various things.

You know they're just deep enough that they get a bit swollen and itch.

For me sometimes, they get puffy and hurts or itches.

When that happens, I usually squeeze them a bit until some of the puss/liquid comes out.

Perhaps that's what I need to do with the tooth brush.

Lightly scratch that area to relieve the pressure.

It's been about 20 minutes or so since I did that and it actually feels better.

Ibuprofen might our might not have an effect.

I don't like the ibuprofen because I pee blood if I use more than one a week.
